This 10,300 s/f single tenant corporate guaranteed child care learning center occupied by Tutor Time is located at 1928 N Gilbert Rd, Mesa, Arizona. This is the fifth time VIAONE or one of its affiliates has been involved in the sale, purchase, or capital improvements of this outstanding asset.

This 4.5 acre development site located at 1800 S. SanTan Village Parkway sold for +$4.2 million. The future site of The Pinnacle by Keystone will be a first of its kind mixed-use active adult concept located directly across from SanTan Village Shopping Center. The Pinnacle is approximately an $80M development project comprised of 313,243 s/f with 200 residential and +/-20,000 s/f of commercial space. Target completion Q4 2020.

The North Scottsdale office building was recently redesigned by VIAONE Design Build.
