The property reflects modern glass-steel exterior with three floors, open tenant spaces, dramatic floor to ceiling interior glass walls, dedicated executive office Suites, and roof-top terrace with spectacular views of the valley.
The Glendale ASC represents a meticulously designed two story medical building. This 12,350 SF building served as a relocation for a national healthcare provider. The project was successfully executed through collaboration with a long- time partner. The design concept was to pull in natural light into a modern yet functional healthcare space. This design was committed to building a space unlike the traditional healthcare surgery center model.
