Conrad advises owner/users and merchant developers on the acquisition, leasing, and net lease sale of single tenant retail properties. Conrad’s comprehensive advisory service focusing on the entire life cycle of single tenant properties, provides the capacity to pre-engineer deal structures from “dirt-to-door” and maximize yields for his clients.

Conrad brings over 13 years of experience working with merchant developers and retail operators on the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of ground-up and redevelopment projects. Conrad’s extensive experience in the single tenant retail space stems from advising the real estate growth for one of the largest Dunkin’ Donuts franchises in the United States. Growing their restaurant network from 14 locations in AZ in 2010 to over 140 locations across AZ, CO, NV, TX & FL today through an optimized land development and sale leaseback model.

Conrad is a graduate from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Sustainability with a Minor in Real Estate.
