The Pinnacle is a proposed mixed-use active adult development concept. The 4.5 acre $80M proposed development estimates 313,243 SF with 200 residential and +/-20,000 s/f of commercial space approximately. Future site of The Pinnacle will be a first of its kind active adult community.
The Scottsdale Airpark Plaza is a 40,018 SF multi-tenant, Class B office building. The North Scottsdale office building was redesigned by VIAONE Design Build. The property reflects modern glass-steel exterior with three floors, open tenant spaces, dramatic floor to ceiling interior glass walls, dedicated executive office Suites, and roof-top terrace with spectacular views of the valley.
The Glendale ASC represents a meticulously designed two story medical building. This 12,350 SF building served as a relocation for a national healthcare provider. The project was successfully executed through collaboration with a long- time partner. The design concept was to pull in natural light into a modern yet functional healthcare space. This design was committed to building a space unlike the traditional healthcare surgery center model.
