As the visionary and founder behind VIAONE Commercial Real Estate Group, Marc oversees the strategic alignment for the company’s growth, capital markets activities, investment capital alignment, and the development of programmatic partnerships.
Prior to forming VIAONE, Marc developed an in-depth, academic understanding of commercial real estate markets and investment opportunities. He has been a long-time principal investor and was a Top Producing brokerage advisor for Colliers International for greater than 16 years where he focused on net lease investment assets across the country. During his tenure as an investor and brokerage advisor Marc sold, purchased, or developed over $4.6B in commercial real estate.
Marc began his professional career in the telecommunications industry. He held a Global Account Management position with Nextlink Communication out of Silicon Valley and was a successful entrepreneur in the telecommunication sector. However, in 2003 Marc made the decision to relocate back to his home state of Arizona to launch a career in commercial real estate and development.
The only time Marc won't take a call from a friend or client is during a Nebraska Football game. And while Marc would rather spend his free time playing volleyball on a beach his heart and soul truly belong to his home state of Arizona.
Marc Bonilla has two beautiful children and resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his family.

Nita Bonilla has over 20 years of diverse experience in sales and marketing in both the medical and commercial real estate sectors.
At VIAONE Nita focuses on business development, consulting, organizational efficiency, marketing, and repositioning strategies for VIAONE. She curates the VIAONE brand and manages the day-to-day operations of the business lines and management teams. Additionally, Nita is a partner in a number of real estate investment companies that focus on distressed properties and adaptive reuse opportunities. Nita co-founded VIAONE and embodies the company motto, Live Life Inspired.
Nita graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.
On a personal note, Nita is an avid animal lover and Ohio State football fan. Don't be surprised if she greets you at the office with "O-H!" and won't let you in unless you reply with "I-O!"
Nita has two beautiful children and resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with her family.
WILLIAM MALIK HAMMACK
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT AND FINANCE
Holding positions at some of the most globally recognized brands, William has contributed to the growth of brands such as P.F. Chang’s China Bistro/Pei Wei Asian Diner, Fender Musical Instruments, and Grimaldi's Pizzeria.
William spent the bulk of his career at P.F. Chang’s China Bistro as a Real Estate Development Manager and Senior Analyst, where he spent the better part of a decade contributing to all aspects of the Real Estate Development process strategically growing the footprint for both P.F. Chang’s and Pei Wei Asian Diner. The focus was to deliver a sustainable asset, and a high level of service from a facilities support standpoint, to our operations team while giving our investors a strong return on investment. Also, to effectively gather data and report on that data while having the analytical foresight to decipher the data into Executive Summaries for the officers, directors, managers, and partners.
William also spent 6 years with Fender Musical Instruments as Senior Financial Analyst, where he supported Planning, Logistics, Distribution, and Procurement for Operations. He also carried out Capital Expenditures and Inventory Management reporting and analytics for the company.
In addition, William was a Development Manager at Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, where he executed site selection, project construction, managed budgets, facilities management and streamlined the real estate approval process.
A graduate of Grand Canyon University, William earned his Master of Science in Accounting and Finance.
William is happily married to his beautiful wife with 3 children and resides in Phoenix, Arizona.

Conrad has over 10 years of unique, hands-on experience in commercial real estate development, brokerage, and small-business development.
Conrad spent most of his working career alongside serial entrepreneurs and real estate developers, helping scale the growth of various businesses ranging from express car washes, commercial bakeries, restaurants, and the largest Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee in the Western U.S. with over 80 locations in AZ & TX. His wide-reaching expertise includes market research, mapping, site selection, acquisition, contract negotiation, entitlements, project management, and disposition. Conrad’s broad full-service real estate experience, meticulous attention to detail, and relentless thirst for optimization, delivers an unparalleled level of complementary skill-sets to the VIAONE platform.
Conrad is a graduate from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Sustainability with a Minor in Real Estate. Conrad was an early student in ASU’s School of Sustainability, where he studied Sustainable Development & Building Design, Urban Planning, and Urban Farming.

Jacob specializes in Office Properties focused on Sales and Leasing. Out of College Jacob was recruited by multiple Fortune 500 organizations impressed by his business management acumen and professional sales skills. His innate entrepreneurial mindset, intense focus to detail and competitive drive breeds an academic approach delivering successful commercial real estate solutions for his clients.
Jacob received dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management and Marketing from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude as a member of the esteemed Barrett Honors College. Jacob continues to remain involved with ASU helping advance W. P. Carey Initiatives through leveraging strategic opportunities.
Jacob is widely talented and diverse in his academic skill-set quickly becoming a community leader and young mentor.
Jacob is a Michigan native and currently resides in Goodyear, Arizona.

Casey provides a high level of creative talent and attention to marketing detail for VIAONE. He provides insight and expertise on creative design for marketing material development and on-going brand development across all VIAONE services.
Casey is a highly experienced and talented marketing and media designer. He has created motion graphics, audio/video edits, social media campaigns and digital campaigns for numerous high profile companies including ABC, ATOM Ticketing, SONY, FOX Intl, Focus World, Paramount, Warner Bros., Universal, FOCUS, STX, Summit Entertainment, and Lions Gate.
Casey holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon.
Casey is a proud father of his son and commutes between Los Angeles, California and Phoenix, Arizona.
