AJ GREATHOUSE

Arthur “AJ” Greathouse III is a dynamic investment professional with expertise in commercial real estate, private equity and community development. As a member of VIAONE’s Brokerage Services team, he provides strategic advisory, due diligence, site selection, and lease negotiation services to both landlords and occupiers. AJ brings a strong track record of operational excellence and relationship building, leveraging capital not only to drive returns but also to create meaningful impact in underserved communities.

In addition to his professional work, AJ is deeply engaged in civic leadership. He currently serves as Chair of the South Mountain Village Planning Committee, where he guides land use and zoning decisions that balance growth with community values. He also serves as Vice President of the South Mountain & Laveen Chamber of Commerce which provides resources and spotlights local businesses, entrepreneurship, and public safety. His community involvement extends to mentoring youth, supporting political campaigns, and volunteering with food insecurity initiatives.

AJ earned his Master of Arts in Communication with a focus on Conflict Management & Resolution from Abilene Christian University and his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, where he also competed as an NCAA Division I football student-athlete. With a career rooted in finance and a passion for service, AJ continues to bridge the worlds of investment and community, helping shape sustainable growth and opportunity for future generations.
